Dear Concern
I had airtel broadband in Bangalore, which I had to close due to moving to Delhi. Hence I paid the final bill and asked for pickup of the device. Post that for next 3 months , no bill or call came to me..but later suddenly they started calling me daily and started to ask for bill payment I was surprised to see the same. I saw they had instead of closing my account, kept me under safe custody without my consent. And now are harassing me daily for payment and the bill keeps on increasing month on month. Blackmailing me that my cibil score will be lowered so pay the bill. Please help me.
