Last week one the agent called and said pay the bill I have played bill of 1400
Actually my bill was 2400 that is wrong bill which was came in march so didn’t payed then lst month agent called and said we will provide u 1000 wavier after that you pay 1400 so paid
After 2 days I went store to take new sim store people are you have to pay total bill again I called the agent asked she I saying when did I said you about wavier
Is this a service that providing to customer
