I have paid Rs.249.00 for airtel prepaid recharge for cell number 9840554749. Though the amount has been debited, I have not received any acknowledgement.
Instead I have received a message that the amount paid in the previous month is expiring. I tried to contact the airtel representative over phone but it proved to be impossible.
I am therefore constrained to give the complaint in writing. Please do the needful. The charges for the current month has been debited to SBI Mogappair East on 7.4.2020 through online debit.
