Dear Sir/Madam,

The mobile number 9940044669(postpaid) december bill amount (Rs.707) has been paid through cheque.The amount was not paid in our mobile            account..But amount was debited in our bank accounts..I sent many email to airtel ,but they not responding properly ..They gave 72hours closing issue time at many times..But still the issue was not clear..We are facing this issue at past 3 months..So kindly check with your team and give resolution ASAP.
