Dear Sir / Madam
My name is Ashmi Panjari with consumer number 028611040506 bill unit 3029 panvel Bhingari. Have a bill amount of Rp 107720.62. I hope you understand this amount is incorrect. Have been trying to reach your helpline number but I think theh are not working due to lockdown. Would request you to investigate and provide a solution to this situation as paying this amount is out of my capacity and I have not used this many units
