Good Day All,

This is to inform you that we have paid the Airtel bill that is 941-/rs on 15th Dec by card payment and rest amount by cash to settle the postpaid amount and to convert the number into prepaid, but on 19th Dec again 941-/rs was debited from account as earlier it was in ECS mode from HDFC Bank. Since on same day we inform the same Airtel gallery were we paid the final amount of bill they said it will get reverse into the account but till now we have not received any update or amount in our bank as i am sending you the updated passbook copy were i have marked the date and amount paid. Airtel gallery is not helpful as they are avoiding to reply to this situation.
I live at dadar shivajipark.
Below my airtel number for which i am having a problem. The number is already converted into prepaid now. Kindly reverse our money and please reply from your side.
