The Broadband Bill amount has been collected for Rs.599 which expired months and no intimation was made about the down gradation of plan to Rs.499 existing now. I paid bill for Rs.599 plan+ tax for past months. No reimbursements have been made for extra amounts paid or not even any information regarding the plan being changed to Rs.499 + tax. I am totally disappointed with the service. I would like to get the amounts reimbursed for the months I have paid for Rs.599 plan + tax.
