I am Nidhi Trivedi and I am from Ahmedabad.
I am using Airtel postpaid connection since 2017.
Till date I have been facing a network issue with Airtel connection and I have complaint them everytime on this.
My register complaint number for network issue was 1766285576233 and ref. no.31-2615283834842.
Everymonth i have been following up on this but there is no solution to it. I have also visited Airtel isanpur store and the representative Mr. Satyam and explained him the complete history of my case.
On 28th Feb, 2020 he has suggested me to change over with one family plan which will have 2 number + DTH Connection.
My DTH connection services has been discountinued on 8th March,2020 and when I enquie, I came to know that due to their internal issue my plan has been not upgraded. After this I have recharged my DTH Connection to activate services.
While enquiring on this with Postpaid service connection, I came to know that my bill from 11th Feb to 10th Mar 2020 is having a bill amount of Rs. 400.00 for DTH Connection. I have immediately raise the complain that why would i pay twice for the same service.
With respect to this my register complaint number with Airtel are 1417571692, 1417386749, 1418783633 and 1418835136
I have written to their nodal officer as well with this reference number but there is no response from nodal officer.
Today, they have stopped my outgoing services and when I connected with representative it was a response that they are not able to resolve my issue due to lock down period.
Kindly help me with this.
