I am having a airtel broadband and landline connection at my shop. I have opted for 449 p.m plan of airtel. I have been charged higher amount for 3 months of March, april & may month. Then i sent a mail to Id-airtelbroadbandsupport@airtel.com atleast 10-12 times for correction of bill amount and to discontinue my services of airtel from the month of may itself. Then they modified my bill on 27/05/2020 And i paid the bill amount as per telephonic discussion with their executive. Then again i received a message on 23/06/2020 for bill amount pending of Rs 1168/- Then I immediately sent a mail to airtelbroadbandsupport@airtel.com that i have already sent a request to discontinue my services in may itself then why i m getting messages for bill payment. I have sent 25 mails to them but they are increasing the bill amount and sending daily reminders over phone and sms which is very disturbing and irritating me. Also they are not returning the deposit amount and telling that they will adjust the overdue amount of Rs 1816.51/- I have also sent them the screenshot of mails sent in may for discontinuing my services but they are telling that they will not return the deposit amount. Kindly look into the matter urgently and do the needful for returning the deposit amount. My details are as under:
