Text of Complaint by Sandeep Singh:

Hi,

After raising the below issues I was assured by your executives multiple times that same will be resolved however I thing customer grievances are taken for granted for the sake of temporarily  to avoid escalation

I have still being charged for some international roaming  pack which I haven’t asked to activate and had never applied for this. It was supposed to get deactivate basis the below email sent and same was told by me. Unfortunate I believe it is still activate don’t know for what reason and why is not getting closed.

Is Vodafone team not capable to closing this issues and sent one revised bill and does not irate me. Have confirmed with your customer care executive Moni who informs that   international roaming service are still activated.

How many times more I have to write more stinkers to Vodafone and highlight their unethical practice been continued again and again.

Regards,

Sandeep Singh

Subject: Unhappy Customer- 09930492056

Dear Team,

This is for your kind information and action.

I have  having Vodafone postpaid connecting – Number 09930492056 from last I believe 8/9 years and have being using its service as an privileged customer ispite times getting good options to port the same to different service providers in the market. However I have think I making big mistake in expecting too much and getting fooled day by day which has crossed my patients now.

On an average I have been getting bill of around RS 700/800 on monthly basis and sometimes more that than however I never checked my bill and used to pay it as a daily routine. However yesterday I received bill via SMS of around 1100 for last month which suddenly strike me to  go through the same and found something wrong charges.

On calling the customer service I came to know that I have been charged some RS 300 for some international rooming twice and VAS service of RS 156 which  completely nonsense and irrelevant billing doiseing ne. As per caller name Shabnam informed me that I made this request on 03rd Aug 2018 proactively by calling in helpline no which disturbed me again. Are we fooling the customers who are paying the bills and tend to continue the service inspite of good deals available in market.

I am 1000% sure that I haven’t gave any request nor availing any value added service foe which Vodafone is charging me shitty bills from last long time. I am sure this value added serve is being billed me from last 2/3 month for which I came to know when I called up on 02 or 03 Aug and requested for that service. I also had requested to lower my monthly rental to 399 which I believe is done.    Now I am worried that I have being charged same way in past became if not scrutiny by bills and paying it blindly.

As promised by your executive dated 04 Sep 2018 and provided complaint no: 475174810 , I will be getting call recordings for 02/03 Aug where I have made request for that international roaming n all. I want to take this up very seriously up with media and other agencies for sure.

Its not matter of 1100 Rs however its matter of how we are intentionally hitting the customers pocket.

Also now I want my last one year bill to be checked and provided me consolidated to be checked my me.

Please acknowledge and treat this email as important.

I hope the quality of customer grievance improves to atleast expectations.
