My Airtel postpaid number is 79******
Very first the reason I was not opting to airtel is due to pathetic service & network. My previous issue for refund has been pending for a long time for number 95******, for this still mails are trailing by the same email id.
Because My organisation has given the connection I have taken it forcefully.
1. Bill related issue & your executives – I have done the payment twice on the 21st and 22nd Sep’20 which was for the September bill, however after adjusting the amount I have received the bill of RS 7.08 in OCt’20 for which Rs 8 is already paid before the due date. Same is been seen in the history tab of App as well. Have all proofs
STILL I am getting so many calls and messages for due payment MAY I KNOW THE REASON OF THIS HARASSMENT EVEN AFTER THE PAYMENT IS DONE. GETTING DAILY 20CALLS AND 30 MESSAGES ARE REALLY A BIG DISTURBANCE. IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN AIRTEL MUST PAY ME THE INTEREST OF MY EXTRA AMOUNT USED FOR 1 MONTH. WHEN THE BILL IS SO CLEAR THEN WHY DOES YOUR PEOPLE CALLING ME AND HARASSING.
Today morning I received a call from 8452000589 and a person was shouting at me for due pay and disconnected the call. Is this the way you treat customers?
