Dear Sir/Madam,
I AVINASH SAINI, A-24,25 flat no. 3 floor no. 2 jawahar park khanpur new delhi 110062, do like to file a fraud case against GARVIT INNOVATIVE PROMOTERS LIMITED ( Bike Bot ) , PLOT NO-1 ,CHITI, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, GREATER NOIDA -203202, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA.
Company has given a plan of Rent Bike that upon one time investment of Rs. 124200/- ( one lakh twenty four thousand two hundred only) they will pay back a monthly installment of Rs 19530/- ( Nineteen thousand five hundred thirty ) for one year under this plan.
Considering the plan, I have invested 2 BIKE Amount in the name of Avinash saini .

Based on plan company is supposed to start the monthly pay out by the month of Dec, 18. But company has not paid any monthly installment. Open complain Company has issued PDC for all three members as guaranty in the month of March, 2019 stating that monthly payment will start from next month onwards. But till now they have not given any payment in spite of multiple complains.
As now Owner and CEO of the Company is got arrested for fraud and cheating case, and till now company has not given any monthly payment, I do like to request you to please help me for recovering my invested amount. They also send me the cheque of amount Rs. 176480 against my investment I also make it bounce on March 2020.
