I wanted to transport my bike from delhi to indore so I searched on google and got a phone number of Agrawal Logistic group and we got in contact and i asked about price of how much it will cost. ROBIN shukla from that side told me that it will cost only 3000 and no other charges. And after that they took my bike from my home with online advance of 3000 and said it will reach with in 4 days. Now it is more than a week and they are sending me bills of 10000 rupees and saying that i’ve to pay the whole left amount and then they will release the bike. They haven’t told me about this before.I’ve searched there address ( shop no. 1075 gali no. 11 road no. 4 block C mahipalpur village mahipalpur delhi) from there site(www.agrawallogisticgroup.com) but there is no office located when i visited the Mahipalpur place. The shop has some other transport company and they are saying that these people who took my bike are doing fraud with me and along with many others. Even i said to robin and other person that is accountant that i’ll pay the whole amount just make the bike reach destination i’ll come and pay in your hub where the bike will arrive but they are denying this and want the payment to be made online in advance . I don’t know what to do. And that’s why i want legal action against them.
