Dear sir i have purchased 2nd hand bike from olx user i have paid 25000 for bike.the olx user agreed and handed me bike and rc certificate he said bike transfer within 15 to 20 days.Now he is not picking call neither transferring bike 1 month passed ,neither returning my money
