Text of Complaint by JOHNSON P:

I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving an issue I have encountered with my recent purchase at Honda Surya Motors. The matter at hand pertains to the purchase of a Honda SP160 motorcycle.

On October 25, 2023, I booked the Honda SP160 at Surya Motors, Varadharajapuram, Nazarathpet. I promptly made a partial payment of INR 33,000 as per the sales representative’s request. The subsequent day, I completed the financing procedures to facilitate the purchase through financing.

At the time of purchase, the dealership assured me that the motorcycle would be ready for delivery by October 27, 2023. Given my preference to receive the bike after it had been registered, I was advised to return on Monday, October 30, 2023, to collect my new vehicle.

Regrettably, the promised delivery date was not met. When I contacted the dealership on the aforementioned Monday to confirm the status, I was informed that it would take an additional two days for the motorcycle to be made available. As of today, it has been eight days since my initial payment, and I am still without my motorcycle. Moreover, the dealership now informs me that it will take an additional six days for the bike to arrive at their showroom, followed by further time required for the registration process, extending the total waiting period to approximately eight additional days.

This continued delay and the repeated postponements have left me in a state of deep dissatisfaction and concern. My initial choice of Honda was rooted in the company’s reputable image, and I expected a certain level of service and commitment from both the dealership and the brand.

I am writing to seek your assistance in understanding the reasons behind these delays and to request your intervention in expediting the delivery of my Honda SP160 motorcycle without any further unnecessary postponements. I have invested both time and trust in this purchase and believe that it is imperative for consumers to receive the level of service they rightfully expect from esteemed companies and organizations.

Your prompt attention and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
