I have brought the vehicle through this dealer in finance through IDFC BANK LTD FIN00700000192019 When I purchased the vehicle they promised to me that they will provide the service of the vehicle all over india with the terms and conditions of the warranty I have done my first free service at 1000kms on 10-07-2023, job I’d no =578,in the MEMBI MOTORS Bhoiguda secundrabad Telangana after my vehicle in problem suddenly it’s not starting so I went to the service centre MEMBI MOTORS BHOIGUDA SECUNDRABAD TELANGANA for repair at 3121 kms on 22-07-2023 job I’d no=476 after some days I have went to the service centre for my second free service in MEMBI MOTORS BHOIGUDA SECUNDRABAD TELANGANA 7038kms on 03-01-2024 job I’d no= 1555 on that I am facing a lot’s of problems in my vehicle charging issue, mobilizer issue and power button issue but they didn’t solve these issues they only done 2 nd free service general check-up when I ask about the vehicle problems they started saying that present chargers are not available sir and mobilizers are also not available and the power button also not available I have calling them every month regarding my vehicle issue and the availability of the spares but they continually saying that sir manufacturing plant also these spares are not available after 7 months means July 10 2024 my vehicle suddenly not starting because of the battery issue I went to the service centre MEMBI MOTORS BHOIGUDA SECUNDRABAD TELANGANA for the vehicle problem and also for the 3rd free service but today I didn’t respond and they started to say that today all service technicians are going home because of the delar manager not giving the salary in 2,3 month our dealership will be closed they saying like this and I have called to the manager of the MEMBI MOTORS but didn’t pickup my call after the service advisor said that sir you want 3rd service so we will enter your details in a system like you have done with the 3rd free service with out doing service with out doing all the checks but I said don’t do like that. But not my vehicle in problem and the service centre doing like this and the Manufacturing plant not provided the spares what should I do not I didn’t understanding please solve my problem
