Dear sir,
I have a valid bike insurance policy now. On 25 Dec 21, an accident happened with my bike while I am driving. Accident occurred by an electric scooter who have no insurance, rto registration. As in india
these are not applicable below 40 kmph speed vehicle and unfortunately that bike have same situation. After accident, that
bike damaged and he wants all the damage recovery from me which cost approx Rs 12000.00. On the same time I called customer care executive and discussed the above matter he assured me for the resolution and suggest me to contact the agent. I also contacted for
this matter to the agent and he totally denied to help me. Again I contacted customer care executive and now it was so astonished that he told me we don’t know the policy from whom you bought, what matter is discussed and totally denied to give resolution. Tell me one thing on the time of buying policy they are behaving so
friendly and assured irrespective of any of doubt/ queries, no need to read t&c as we discussed over phone and call is recorded
etc…etc…, the company is always helpful to you. After policy, they completely turned 180° and told using the word who, what, where, whom, when, their is no rule, why didn’t you read terms and conditions. So they are cheaters and cheating with me. After three days, on the happened bike accident, I compromised with the victim
and agreed to pay the electric scooter damage cost @ 12000 rupees. This financial loss is due to icici Lombard only because they were not showing any interest even if I contacted a lot till the date. Due to the care executive ROHINI, employee id- 1017321, totally denied my
valid insurance and thus i paid 12000 rupees to the scooter owner. I wish reimburse @12000 to me as soon as possible.
Now, Grievance manager Amandeep, service quality manager strictly denied to resolve the issue.
