Text of Complaint by Harish P:

I’m requesting sir/madam.
My name is Harish, I’m looking for a second hand bike to my friend (My friend name is Ramesh) On 29-09-2021, I searched in facebook and found one bike named Hero Splendor+ (KA 70 E 6362), price is ₹27,000, so I’m interested to buy that bike and I Call that bike owner, he told me that – his name is Prashant (his phone number 9394334272), working in Indian Army, I ready to sell the bike, I’ll WhatsApp the documents of that bike, then he whatsapped me that bike’s RC Card, Insurance, his PAN card, Army Id card and some photos of bike, then he told he is in Belgaum, Karnataka. Me and my friend are in Mysore. So Prashant told that I’ll transport the bike through army transport, and he asked to pay ₹3,100 for delivery charge and send the account details and mobile No named Amit Babu to pay, my friend paid the delivery charge of ₹3,100 to that phone no through Google pay. Then he send the photo of delivery receipt, and he told the bike will reach you on 30-09-2021 at 11:00 AM. Now today another person (His Phone No 7077415808) called me and told that, I’m an army transporter, your bike is ready for delivery, it is in Mandya, to deliver the bike you have to pay ₹9,500 RTO charges, then only you get the bike, after delivery of bike, ₹9,500 will return to you. Then i told him to send the photo of bike to confirm whether it is in Mandya or not. He send his picture standing in front of van. So I called Prashant and told him that an army transporter called me and asked to pay ₹9,500 transport charge, he told me that, he will talk about this with the army transport officers, and after 5 minutes, Prashant called me and he is also told to pay ₹9,500 it is compulsory, it will return to to you after the delivery, and he sends the account details and mobile number (Uma Patel 8486252912) to pay ₹9,500. Me and my friend are confused, and thought that they are fraud.
So I’m Complaining.
