Dear sir/ Madam,
My complaint is regarding the lavishing My 11 app which is promoted by Former Indian Captain and Current BCCI President Saurav Ganguly.
Initially, I deposited my money in to the my 11 account for participating in the contests. My money was added with out disruptions as it did not ask for my state, etc. But later, when I tried to play the contest after kyc, I could n’t play since I could not be met with the pre conditions. Ok, then I read the terms and conditions which states The people from from few states that include my state andhra Pradesh cannot play or join the contests due to the state government ban on these apps.
My question is Why in the first place it accepts payments from any state but there is no modes for withdrawing that particular amount back if the people are from the restricted states. When raised about the issue, not even a single reply that is relevant to the issue is addressed.
In the image attached, The top corner shows the amount deposited but the withdrawable balance shows zero. This is how these apps or the similar apps are looting the money from people. The amount may be a smaller one but if they are doing with the crores of people it is a whole lot of money just converted in to the Black money. This Concern to be taken seriously and addressed. People fall into these trap easily. So the government should take necessary action against these apps to put a penalty for not respecting the concerns and looting the money.
