I have applied for a loan on 16 th September. The app was showing that the loan amount will be disbursed within 2 hrs. But that day no amount disbursed to my account.Then I keep calling to customer care executive and mailed them that no amount credited to my account. I have also sent my bank account statement as per their requirement but still whenever I called them, they forcefully ensured me that loan amount already been disbursed to my bank account inspite of sending account statement. The days were passing but my problem was as it is.
After 7 days passed, I mailed them to cancel my loan application as it’s not of any use to me now. But that time also smart coin customer Care executive told me that it can not be cancelled as loan amount disbursed to me and I have still active loan.
From 16 th September to 5 October, I called them continuously, messages them, mailed them but every time the reply was the ticket has been raised and their support team will resolve this ASAP.
Then suddenly on 6 th October @7:10 pm , the amount of 9734 RS had been disbursed to my bank account without my concern.
Now again I send them my bank statement from 16 th September to 6 th October, to show them the fact. Again whenever I called customer Care executive, they replied only that they have raised a ticket and issue will be resolved. From last month, I m the person calling, messaging,and mailing them but I didn’t receive any single call from their end..
Now they are sending messages and mail to me as a reminder to pay loan EMI before due date 16 th October.. It’s a height of harassment. Please take necessary action in this regard. I m getting mentally torcher now..
