I want to bring to your attention the fraudulent activities of Atriya Real Infra, specifically regarding their Sansaar project in Hyderabad. This project, covering 500 acres in Kamkole, was launched in 2019 without obtaining the necessary permissions or land registrations for customers like me.
Srinivasa Ramakrishna Varma Manthena, the owner of Atriya Real Infra, has collected money from individuals, including myself, under the false pretense of a pre-sale. He has reportedly diverted funds to mining projects in Dubai and Tanzania. When customers like me requested refunds, we were met with threats of physical violence.
Varma has also allegedly manipulated local authorities to further his fraudulent activities. It is imperative that action is taken against Atriya Real Infra to ensure that justice is served, and affected individuals, including myself, are able to recover our investments.
I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to hold Atriya Real Infra accountable for their deceitful practices. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
