HI,
I have taken Profit club card from Bigbazar & Balance is around 10K. Now shop is closed so I can’t redeem my balance amount. When I visited the shop they gave me E-mail ID ‘care@bigbazaar.com’ to submit my Profit club card photo along with Aadhar card, which I sent to them on 28th May 2022 but I havn’t got any reply or refund from them.
