I taken big bazar profit card in month month of Jan 2022. and I purchased only Rs.1000 in that card in the same month. from March month onwards till July every month Rs 2000 respectively for 5 months. even though their stores are closed all over India from the Month March . when I am trying to contacting for refund through phone customer care number blocked. sending mail it’s bounced back. don’t know how to contact . please help me to get my amount back.
