As we know Big Bazaar Pvt Ltd is taken over by Reliance Group, all the stores of former are nonoperational at this time. I opted for Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership in January’2022 by paying Rs. 10000/- and the same was refundable at any time to the extent of balance unused. I wish to refund my entire unused amount since I cannot avail the benefits of the membership. I sent multiple emails to below email id and they respond that they need my bank details and membership card details for refund. but they have not processed it and now their customer care number not working and no one is responding to my email.

I suspect that the entire process was systematically planned to procure money from customers as membership fees prior to takeover of the company with the intention to forfeit it illegally. I found that there are several similar complaints from other customers too.
Kindly take necessary action regarding the same.
