I bought my Big Bazaar Profit Club membership card in the Month of Jan – Feb’22 and from Mar’22 all big Bazar outlets started closing. Reliance smart point has replaced Big Bazaar, but this card is not working there. I had talked to Big Bazaar customer care. The customer care executive told the money will be refunded to the source account, but I have not yet received my money back. Big Bazaar has done fraud with us. I want my hard-earned money back which is about Rs.10000/-.
