I had availed a Big Bazaar profit club card for Rs 10000. I made purchases with the card for only 3 months. I didn’t receive any notification from Big Bazaar about the closing / take over. I tried to reach Big Bazaar by calling and sending emails to “care@bigbazaar.com” without any luck. Emails to care@bigbazaar.com is not getting delivered. Need help here to get the refund of my amount.
