Kindly note that the above mentioned complaint has not been resolved till yet, I request to please act on my request and refund my amount as soon as possible.
Note: I surrender my profit club card having no. 92277914172505 in Kompally branch along with my Aadhar details & a cancel bank cheque to Mr Harish (+91-9966389036).
I had been issued this card from the Kukatpally branch.
Continuous verbal communication had taken place by your customer care executive to sort out my issue, every time they say within 15day’s it will be get credited but up to now no updates.
So kindly look in it and do the needful.
