I bought my Big Bazaar Profit Club membership card in the Month of Feb’22 and from Mar’22 all big Bazar outlets started closing. Reliance smart point has replaced Big Bazaar, but this card is not working there. In April I had talked to Big Bazaar customer care. The customer care executive told the money will be refunded to the source account, but I have not yet received my money back. Big Bazaar has done fraud with us. I want my hard-earned money back.
