I paid 10000 rupees on Big Bazaar Profit Club Card in 2021.As per company rules ,I could use 1000 rupees every month. Since all store of Big Bazaar are closed,i can’t redeem my remaining balance (70000 rupees ).Kindly look into this matter and help me to refund.
