I have a big bazaar profit club membership card. I have purchased for some amount through this card.
However, about 9000-10000 is still in balance on my card. Big bazaar has been closed without intimation to the card holders.
I am not able to redeem my card balance as the big bazaar stores are closed.
Your profit club call centre number as well as the e-mail (care@bigbazaar.com) are not functional although
I tried a lot. Please guide me how can I get back my balance amount.
