When we visited the Big Bazaar Store, starting of this year, they gave us Profit Club card. The card will be recharged (by ourselves) with an amount of Rs. 10,000/- and additionally, an amount of extra Rs. 2,000/- is added from Big Bazaar. Every month we swipe for an amount of Rs.1000/- in the Big Bazaar stores up to 12 months. As the executive from the store said, this offer is applicable till December 2022 for swiping and you can use the whole amount. When we visited the store, it was already closed without any prior intimation or amount refund. Please look into the issue. We have an amount of Rs.7,000 to 8,000 roughly. I have seen many of the returning from the store visiting in frustration and shouting. This Profit Club card for all the stores of Big Bazaar and all over India (explained by the store executives).
