Hi Sir,

I’ve purchased Big Bazaar Profit Club card on 5/10/2021 by paying 10000 amount in advance using my credit card and I got credit of 12000. I’ve only used 2000 out of 12000 Rs. Now, as all stores are closed and card expiry is coming soon. So please tell me how do I get my refund. I’ve already communicated to them though mail. But I did not get any reply from them neither their phone number is working. Please help me to get it sorted and get my refund back. I’m attaching my transaction history information along with card detail. It’s creating extra burden on my daily expenses.
