As I heard the news, where Big bazaar(Future group) has now merged with Reliance to which i was unable to purchase any items from my BBPC card bearing number – 92221534245866 with registered under my name – Jayant Choudhary. I want the amount to be refunded in my bank account as i am unable to use that card last 8 months. Also, in the app, wallet balance also not showing anything. Please suggest where to submit my documents (aadhar card) and cancelled cheque and also provided contact details as your toll free number(1800 266 2255)are not working. Please take strict action on this. Fooling customers with no update of our amount. struggling to get the amount since January
