I have balance of INR-10,000/- under Future Pay account for Big Bazar, the purchase was done through Bajaj EMI card which was converted to EMI of 5X2000, I had paid INR-10,000/- but now unable to use the balance on Future Pay, as we know that Big Bazar is closed.
I had already requested for the CANCELLATION Of card in month of April 2022 and it was told that it will be done and reverse to my account by 45Days, It’s still not settled.
Kindly take this forward and help to use the balance on Future Pay account.
