Big bazaar gorakhpur has given many customers a membership card known as profit club card in 10, 000/- Rs thousands of customers has this card but as big bazaar sold and reliance smart store has taken place reliance is not accepting this card balance amount of this card can not be redeemed everybody are in mental trauma and feeling insecure about his money. Neither reliance nor big bazaar has any mechanism to resolve this issue. Customer care no. and e mail of bid bazaar also not working. Please help Sir.
