Text of Complaint by K. K. Maurya:

We have purchased 1 Big Bazaar shopping Profit Cards of amount 10,000/- Rs. As Big Bazaar is taken over by Reliance Group, we are not able to use this card from last 8 months. Also there was an option that if we don’t want to continue with that card we would get our paid amount Refund Back. We are not able to contact with the Big Bazaar helpline number as their helpline number is not available now and are not getting any response on emails. We have visited multiple Big Bazaar stores for this, but they say that they have no update on that. We are having all the proofs for this matter. The same situation is faced by thousands/millions of people in India, hope that you are receiving such same complaints. This problem is not resolved from last 10 months. Government should take strict actions on this. Request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible
