We have just received the order.
896 GMs instead of one kg which is charged.
In the Same bill, u have charged me 7 rupees for 20 GMs of additional weight change of cucumber!!
But it’s ok to send 114 GMs less of the most expensive avocado!
When I raised the issue with their Customer care they say-just return the product. The return date given is after one week. Till then we are supposed to hoard the decaying fruit in our house?
This happens very frequently.
Most of the times we don’t bother writing to them because of lack of time.
Kindly do something so that since ethics are brought with big vendors like BB.
We would like to hold our head high and say we are living in a country which has the highest ethics.
