They offer you part time job, someone from viber message me and they will direct you to Telegram and give you task to like post from Ebay and get paid each for P40 then on your 2nd day they will have a so called top up task where in you need to deposit money and give back 20%|30%/40% depending on the amount you choose to deposit then when wanted to stop in between you can no longet widraw your money.

And you are given a manger named Christine which will guide you sonehow and then will lure you to send money so you can widraw all your deposits
