Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. not providing me foreclosure letters to transfer my Home loan to SBI.

I have already spent ~14000/- for Home Loan Balance Transfer to SBI for search report, Stamp Duty, Franking charges. All steps of BT at SBI were completed except check/DD release, but the BHFl didn’t give revised foreclosure letters so the exact amount of DD could have been release by SBI.

Even BHFL told me that without letter loan can’t be closed, letters can’t be collected physically from Office, instead letters will be send by mail only. I don’t know where to go and whom to talk.

Till date didn’t receive the letter with repeated follow up.

Hope someone will help me in this regard.
