My name is juned, I am facing the internet issue since last one week. I have been complaining to Airtel customer service for last week but they are not resolving the issue.

Some time they said that it is my phone issue and some time they said that it is a sim card problem. I have been fed-up of all these for almost 8 days and not able to study and prepare for exams as my internet is not running for last 8 days. I have paid 399 for internet which is not a small a amount for me as I am dependent on my father. please resolve this issue as soon as possible as this is the last hope for me.
