Text of Complaint by Arti Nakoti:

I was calling ICICI Bank Toll Free number for my problem but my call disconnected everytime, i did not get why it has been disconnected every time, i have recharge plan for three months, recently recharge my number of Rs.666 in which they have provided unlimited calls|Data: 1.5GB/day| SMS :100/day and validity 84 days. They have not mentioned any specific number or condition instead they only mentioned unlimited, unlimited means unlimited to STD and locals and Toll free numbers are already free whether you have balance or not but in my case and other complainant too they have balance. Then why they are charging for toll free number with higher rates without any information. No other company is charging such amount. Earlier i was using Vodafone because so poor network I switched to Airtel. I think that’s my bad luck. They are making fool of customers by showing fake promotion and advertisement. But the truth is they cannot provide even basic service of mobile network and Airtel fibre service is also very poor as they were claiming that we are best and providing highest speed and coverage internet through airtel fibre.
