Dear Sir I want to complaint against C Balaji Shukla Advisor : Customer Experience of Bharti Airtel Limited, Plot No.21, Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park, Chandigarh – 160101 who is refusing to increase the speed of Bharti Airtel broadband to 100mpbs at Rs 400 per month and wasting time from the last one year inspite of many requests to Nodal officer.My request is to made a criminal case under section IPC 420,IPC 193 for providing false evidence and IT Act against C Balaji Shukla Advisor : Customer Experience who is refusing to lay down fibre optical cable in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab from the last one year and making excuses by saying that there is no remote control switch and by saying that there is no feasiblity in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab.Iam attaching you the proof that C Balaji Shukla Advisor is totally refusing to lay down fibre optical cable in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab and also not increasing the speed of internet to 100mpbs also.Please sought out an explaination and take an immediate action as soon as possible why Fibre optical cable has not been laid down in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab till now.Thanks
