Dear Sir/Madam I want to complaint against customercare Suman Advisor : Customer Experience Bharti Airtel Limited, Plot No.21,
Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park, Chandigarh – 160101 who is refusing to lay down fibre optical cable and also not giving speed of 100mpbs in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab and making excuse andwidth upgradation also depends on distance of your premises from the nearest Remote switch unit (RSU). Owing to certain technical limitations, the requested bandwidth could not be provided at your premises.Please made a criminal case under section IPC 420,IPC 193 for providing false evidece and IPC 1988 prevention of corruption Act and also voilation of consumer Act 1986 for not providing speed of 100mpbs at Rs 499 and also not laying fibre optical cable in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab.Please bring customercare Suman Advisor : Customer Experience Bharti Airtel Limited, Plot No.21,
Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park, Chandigarh – 160101 to the consumer court and district court as soon as possible.Please take an immediate action and sought out an explaination why Fibre Optical Cable has not been laid till now and speed has not been increased upto 100mpbs.Please see the file as an attachment.Thanks
