Dear Sir Madam I want to complaint against Vishal customer care whose number is 917428931667 is refusing to provide me Fiber connection and also refusing to provide me to upgrade Fiber connection at Rs499 and he is continously making excuses by saying that there is a technical issue.My request is to bring customercare Vishal to the consumer court and district court and made a criminal case under section IPC 420,IPC 193 for providing false evidence and IPC 1988 prevention of corruption Act by violation of Broadband Act 2004,TRAI Act 1996 and consumer Act 1986 as soon as possible.My request is to bring Customer care Vishal before the magistrate and made a special trial in the court.Please take action as soon as possible
