i have done a recharge of ₹719 on Nov 13 and the money was also debited from my account and i received a message that recharge of 719 is on process and after a hour i got a message that the recharge has failed and the didn’t credited to my account till now .And i didn’t even get any response from Airtel about this . I didn’t get any message in my number about anything of the refund . I was soo deprssed of these things as it was my exam time .soo kindly refund myoney as soon as possible
