hi team.
tomorrow my airtel no. 7428290999 has stop working. so i went to airtel store in my locality (3/4, Ground Floor, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, Block 1, West Patel Nagar, Patel Nagar, West Patel Nagar, Delhi 110008 )for the solution they said that there is some problem in my sim card. when i ask them for sim replacement for same no. in prepaid paln they denied and force me to buy that no. in postpaid plan…..is that how airtel serves his customer.
please provide me a solution for my airtel no. and take a strick action agains your airtel store customer executive
