I have taken Airtel Broadband plan for 3 month by making upfront payment. Now for the next 3 months cycle the company is using unethical practices to force me to pay the bill for the next 3 months. First they made a call to me saying that you last date for payment has over. I told them to look at the bill. There were still 5 days left. when I asked the call centre lady why did she lie about the last date, she could not answer.
The next day the company disconnects the internet. when I call them they say that you have to pay the bill for the next 3 months if you want to use the broadband. I again had to give them reference of the bill to tell that there are still 5 days left. They apologise and tell that someone will call in 2 hours. It is 4 hours now and no one has call.
If you connect the threads you can see how this company follows a practice to harass customers and force them to payup soon even before the due date.
I want my internet services started immediately and some apology for the harsament and fine to the company.
