Hello
I bought BharatPe Swipe Machine for my shop. It was working fine. But one day, my settlement was blocked by them saying that it’s due to some suspicious activity from my side. The same day, my bank called me and told me that Bharatpe has claimed that I have done some cyber crime and asked to freeze my bank account. But my bank account was not freezed.
But they still have blocked my settlement in which my money are stucked.
I contacted support, raised ticket.
For 1st one month they just said that it will be resolved. After 1 month they asked for documents. I submitted everything. But then also no solution.
I again contacted support. Now they gave me 2 mob. no. of some DGP and his assistant of Hyderabad and said that a FIR has been filed against me for cyber crime. I would have to talk to them. So now I contacted both of them. After so many tries, they finally saw my msg and told me to come Hyderabad. I asked the reason to his assistant then he explained that may be some customer had sent your QR code to some other person and took the payment by some fraud activity. But how can this possible? I know they are just fooling me. We take payments through Bharat QR and Swipe in which the customers have to put their PIN then they pay.
Also How can I go to Hyderabad now for my money only.
The expenses to go and come from Hyderabad will be more than my settlement amount.
They are fooling me. I searched on internet. Some other persons also faced the same.
Please help me. It’s not about only my money. They must have did to many of the small businesses also.
