i had received 1lakh from customer in my bhrathpe QR code on 14-09-2023. now customer has canceled order so i requested to bharatpe to refund the amount to sender or settel the amount to my account so i can refund to my customer complaint number are (16006129 and 16004327). but the bharathpe is denied to refund to sender i requested to settel in my account they said they charge around 1500rs for the QR payment what i hav received. no any other QR services are charging for any of QR payment received but Bharathpe is charging for receiving QR payment.
