I am Dr. V. Sneha Priya I am the clinical head of ToothMedix Dental Center, Hyderabad.
My BharatPe account is blocked for no reason and my funds of approximately Rs. 169000 is blocked and not getting released from BharatPe.
Please ensure to release my hard earned money since, this is creating lot of distress mentally and financially.
This is creating a huge financial burden on my business and is creating insecurity related to my money which is locked.
The customer support of BharatPe literally wasted my time from Dec28th 2023 till date by giving false hopes of unblocking.
Bharatpe asked me to upload the proofs of business and the transactions. Inspite of uploading and submitting the documents my account is still not unblocked.
I sincerely request for justice and sue BharatPe for their fraud acts and breaching the trust of a merchant and a citizen of India.
